Webchats for Prospective Students!

This is a great opportunity to get answers to many common questions and to interact with our current students. Log in for a few minutes or stay for the whole hour! Five minutes before every webchat, there will be a URL and Password below to access the chatroom. The spring 2013 webchat schedule is below.

Joan Weston (username: weston), Dana McElroy (username: dana), and Isaac Ruth (username: isaac) are Admissions staff on the webchat. Our Student Ambassadors are identified by their program and graduating year, for example, MLA13_Jillian. 

• - Your username should be the program(s) you wish to pursue and your first name, for example, MAR Judy or MLA John. Note: for the financial aid webchat, since there may be sensitive information shared, you're welcome to use another name besides your own.

• - The access password is PennDesign (case sensitive).

• - Please be considerate and type your questions in one chat line instead of submitting multiple chats for multiple questions.

• - To exit the webchat, close your browser.

• - We don't always answers all of your questions, so if we skip your question and the chat is over, please feel free to follow up with us via e-mail to admissions@design.upenn.edu.

• - Note: Java plug-in is required for this webchat.
