Transportation Research Board (TRB)
The Transportation Research Board (TRB) is a unit of the National Research Council, a private, nonprofit institution that is the principal operating agency of the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Engineering. The Board's mission is to promote innovation and progress in transportation by stimulating and conducting research, facilitating the dissemination of information, and encouraging the implementation of research results.
Center City District (Philadelphia)
At the heart of Philadelphia's business district, the Center City District (CCD) serves an 100 block area, from the Liberty Bell to Amtrak's 30th Street Station, that is frequented daily by half a million employees, residents, tourists and shoppers. The CCD supplements municipal services by providing maintenance, public safety, hospitality and promotional programs and capital improvements in an area that contains some of the finest office buildings, hotels, shopping, restaurants, theaters, cultural and educational institutions, homes and historic sites in the United States.

American Planning Association (APA) and American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP)
The American Planning Association and its professional institute, the American Institute of Certified Planners, are organized to advance the art and science of planning and to foster the activity of planning -- physical, economic, and social -- at the local, regional, state, and national levels. The objective of the Association is to encourage planning that will contribute to public well-being by developing communities and environments that meet the needs of people and society more effectively.

HUD's mission is to provide "...a decent, safe, and sanitary home and suitable living environment for every American."
The Urban Land Institute
The mission of the Urban Land Institute is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land to enhance the total environment.
HUD USER is "an information source for housing and community development researchers and policymakers. HUD USER is the primary source for Federal Government reports and information on housing policy and programs, building technology, economic development, urban planning, and other housing-related topics. HUD USER also creates and distributes a wide variety of useful information products and services."
School of Design Real Estate Club
The Real Estate Club provides a platform for mentoring, speakers, panels, site visits, resume promotion, and career strategizing. Through the many resources it seeks to demonstrate how the interdisciplinary curriculum of PennDesign uniquely corresponds to the nature of real estate development and community building today.
