Realize St. Davids. A New Vision for Lancaster Avenue

The Realize St. Davids plan provides a vision of an attractive destination
that gives a clear identity to the Lancaster Avenue section of St. Davids.
The plan highlights the area's assets and incorporates new elements to
guide the transition to a viable, mixed-use district. By utilizing what is
essentially a "blank slate," the project team recommends a plan that provides
a "green infrastructure" approach to encourage Radnor Township
to be innovative and improve the quality of life for residents.
