Town of Bourne: A Conceptual Plan

Client: Bourne Local Comprehensive Planning Committee

PROJECT SUMMARY
This studio worked with the Bourne Local Comprehensive Planning Committee to create a concept plan to provide synthesis between past, present, and future planning activity in the town of Bourne, MA. The 41 square mile town contains 8 villages centers and serves as a gateway community to Cape Cod. The plan aims to stave off urban sprawl by concentrating development into appropriate areas.
