Penn Live E-mail

PennDesign has partnered with Microsoft to release the Penn Live service. Your Penn Live Email account will have a 10 GB quota. E-mail is accessible at http://www.live.com/ by using a web browser (Internet Explorer and Firefox are recommended for full functionality) or through an e-mail client [IMAP/POP3] such as Outlook or Apple Mail.

Penn Live is currently available for new students only.

Additionally, Penn Live e-mail allows students to create personal web pages, with an online storage for up to 25GB of data (50MB limit per file).

Note: PennDesign IT staff supports the e-mail component only. Microsoft has online help for the other features and you should use those resources rather than contact ithelp.

Students are expected to utilize the @design.upenn.edu email address as this will be the mechanism for official announcements from the School and the University.
