PC Instructions

First, set up AIM to access your account.

1. Open AIM - Go to Start -> All Programs -> Internet Tools -> Instant Messengers -> AIM 6
   
2. Enter your Screen Name and Password
   

Next, add the help desk as a buddy.

1. Click on the users menu, and select Add Buddy
   
2. For the username, enter AddamsHelp
   

Mac Instructions

First, you need to set up Adium to login to your account.

1. If you are using your own machine, download Adium
2. Open Adium
   
3. Enter your AIM Screen Name and Password.
   

Now, add the help desk as a buddy.

1. Go to Contact -> Add Contact
   
2. Enter AddamsHelp for the Screen Name
