Getting Help At the Design School
There are many sources for help for students, faculty and staff at PennDesign. The PennDesign web site itself is a great resource for tips and tricks on many computing issues and needs. For assistance with any IT resources provided by PennDesign (lab or office computers, printers/plotters, software, etc.), please send e-mail to ithelp@design.upenn.edu or use the online request form link: www.design.upenn.edu/comp/contact/.
Support for Student-, Faculty-, & Staff-Owned Computers
www.upenn.edu/computing/crc/ - Any student living off campus or in the Grad Towers may use the services available at the Computer Resource Center (CRC). The CRC is staffed by professional computing support providers and is located in Sansom Place West. CRC hours are Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm. to 4:30 pm. You can also direct telephone inquiries to 215-573-4778. For information about services available, please refer to the CRC.
