Course Description: This course is designed for students interested in understanding the overall process of developing affordable housing to include discussions of available subsidy programs, project feasibility, design, development and operating financing, construction and management. This class will also explore housing and community development within Philadelphia, and the role of CDC’s as engines for neighborhood change.
