The goals of the program are to:
Showcase models of excellence in the design and management of affordable
housing and the operation of supportive housing for special needs populations.
- Increase the understanding of how to achieve success in providing
supportive housing for special populations
- Increase the understanding of the role of the ownet,asset manager, property
manager and tenants in developing, maintaining and operating housing.
- Provide and unrestricted financial award for agencies that exhibit
excellence in asset and/or property management and the provision of
speacial needs housing
- Disseminate model supportive housing and property management programs
through publicaions and Enterprise website
