Students will investigate trends in housing technology,
sustainability, accesssibility and design; explore the
applicability of these techniques to affordable housing design. Emphasis on the creation of applied knowledge
for use in the design of demonstration housing.
Students will produce design for affordable housing development located on selected West Philadelphia site.
