MArch., MCP, MFA, MSHP, MLA and all Certificates: Final date to apply to graduate - December 2009 |

PhD, MS Architecture and AM City Planning: Final date to apply to graduate without penalty - December 2009. Refer to Graduate Division Degree Calendar. |

November 30th |
Final date for PhD students to defend their dissertation for December 2009 Graduation. |

December 7th |
Final Date for Deposit of Master's Theses and Doctoral Dissertations. |

December 7th |
Incomplete/missing grades for courses taken prior to the current semester must be resolved. |

December 7th |
All financial obligations to the University must be resolved - Students with outstanding financial obligations and/or exit interviews will be allowed to participate in ceremonies, but will not receive their diploma and a hold will be placed on their academic record. |

Last day of Fall 2009 classes. |

Diplomas mailed to December 2009 graduates to the address provided in your graduation application. |

Graduation Fair Get Your Cap and Gown - Academic regalia is required for degree candidates at Commencement. Candidates who do not possess regalia must obtain their cap and gown through the Penn Bookstore, located at 36th and Walnut Streets, during the spring. Information about how to obtain your regalia will be supplied in the spring. |
