Classroom Reservations

Classroom reservations for academic events in Meyerson Hall, Addams Hall, and Morgan Building should be arranged through a representative in your primary academic department.

All requests for weekday classroom use should be made at least 48 hours (or 2 business days) prior to the start of your requested time, and all weekend requests should be made at least one (1) week prior to the start of your requested time. Please include any time needed for setup or teardown for your event in your request. Upon receipt of your request, you will receive email confirmation within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) for weekday requests, and within 5 business days for weekend requests. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Weitzman School Registrar’s Office:  roomreq@design.upenn.edu.
 
Requests for use of classrooms in University buildings not included above should be directed to the Division of the Vice Provost for University Life (VPUL) by using the following request form:  http://www.vpul.upenn.edu/perelmanquad/reserve2.php.
 
If you are NOT associated with the Weitzman School please make your request for use of our buildings (Meyerson Hall, Addams Hall, and Stuart Weitzman Hall [formerly the Morgan Building]) to the Division of the Vice Provost for University Life by using the following request form:  http://www.vpul.upenn.edu/perelmanquad/reserve2.php.
