Graduate Housing Options

On-campus housing is available for graduate students in Sansom Place. Sansom Place offers fully furnished rooms and apartments with all utilities, cable, internet, and wireless access included in the rent. For more information visit www.upenn.edu/housing. After you receive your PennKey, you can apply for Sansom Place at http://cms.business-services.upenn.edu/sansom-place/. Sansom Place is offering dedicated floors for PennDesign students along with a drafting room. Graduate Associate (GA) positions are also available to interested students. For more information, go to https://www.collegehouses.upenn.edu/join/ga.

The large majority of Penn students live off-campus. The Office of Off-Campus Services is a resource to all members of the Penn community who are conducting an off-campus housing search. Available staff can assist in all stages of the off-campus living experience, including locating appropriate housing, understanding leases, and mediating conflict. Visit the Off-Campus Services website to learn how to plan a successful housing search, view apartment listings in the online database and sign up for month e-mail updates.

Located near PennDesign at 3701 Chestnut Street, International House is home to international and American students and scholars and a meeting place for all Philadelphians interested in world culture.
