Honor the memory of fine arts alumnus, Chris Lyon MFA'99 (1973-2007), during the opening reception at Bridgette Mayer for his one-person memorial show. Contributions in Chris' memory can be made to the Chris Lyon Memorial Fund, which will support fine arts fellowships at PennDesign. Contact the Alumni Office for ways to give. |

The PennDesign Black Student Alliance (BSA) has organized the diversity conference, Unspoken Borders: Perspectives on Race + Design, to be held March 30-31 at Penn. Keynote speakers include Walter Hood and Mitchell Silver. Student Co-Chairs of the BSA, Sherry Taylor MCP'07 and LaToya Nelson MArch'08, are also recent recipients of Penn's 2007 Women of Color Day Awards. |

The project was published in the February 2007 issue of Architectural Digest, and received a Business Week/Architectural Record China award in the historic preservation category. |
