The Department has agreements with Penn's undergraduate Urban Studies Program and with Bryn Mawr College's Program on the Structure and Growth of Cities allowing juniors and seniors to apply for sub-matriculation in the Master's program enabling completion of B.A. and M.C.P. degrees in five years. A student interested in this program should have a strong academic record and follow regular application procedures for the M.C.P. program.
