Design Around the World: Traveling Studios

Imagining practice around the world is a unique PennDesign experience. Upper level students from across all disciplines traveled to New Orleans, Chicago, Czech Republic, Turkey, Madrid, Jerusalem, Shanghai, Mumbai, and Toyko--the last of which was cut short by the tsunami and earthquake (fortunately, everyone is safe).

The Daily Pennsylvanian featured the Fine Arts photography studio--18 days abroad in the cities and slums of India (PHOTO: The Taj Mahal in Agra by Alex Remnick) Read More.
