HWKN, the firm of Matthias Hollwich, Lecturer in Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Design, has won MoMA PS1's Young Architects' Program. And now they need help!

Volunteers can sign up on Wendy's website at http://meetwendy.com/volunteer.

Volunteers will be asked to help on all Wendy tasks except the construction of the scaffolding itself.  These include: building and installing the pools, misters, sprayers, and water cannon; basic electrical for a DJ booth and lighting features; building seating; prepping and pulling the fabric cones; and other miscellaneous tasks on site.  We'll be on site starting May 15th and must finish by June 27th.

Volunteers will receive lunch, access to PS1, and a Warm-Up event ticket.

Those willing to commit to 5 days or more will receive Wendy shirts and paraphernalia.  HWKN will provide all the necessary tools and safety gear.

All of this information can be found in the volunteer request on Architizer.
