Slought Foundation and the Department of Fine Arts at PennDesign are pleased to announce Chai-na/China Signs, featuring artists Huang Rui and Ko Siu Lan. Financial Aid News The budget has been set for next year, and the good news is that the maximum Perkins loan allocation has been increased from $2,800 to $3,800. Those of you who are eligible for Perkins will be able to take out less alternative or GradPlus loan.
