The Wharton School and Penn IUR will host a public interest event, featuring an address by U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson, “The Future of the US Housing System: Getting to Consensus” followed by a panel of distinguished national experts on October 25, 2012, from 2:30 to 4:00. Panelists include: Michael Berman, Chairman, Mortgage Bankers Association, Philip Swagel, (former) Assistant Secretary for Economic Policy (2006-2009), U.S. Department of the Treasury, and Barry Zigas, Director of Housing Policy, Consumer Federation of America.
