Bridget Keegan has four years of professional planning experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Penn Praxis, she served as project manager for a series of transit-oriented development projects where she has helped suburban Philadelphia communities develop site plans, land use plans, and implementation strategies for the development of underutilized sites around train stations. In addition, Bridget brings a good deal of public involvement experience to the team. Her work seeks to balance the needs of the community and the client and reflects strategic thinking about implementation needs.
