Steinberg is the founding director of PennPraxis, the applied research arm of the School of Design, and an adjunct associate professor of city and regional planning who teaches a second year graduate planning studio.

Bridget Keegan, AICP

Keegan has over ten years of professional planning experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.  Since joining PennPraxis, she has served as a project manager for a series of waterfront-related and open space related projects.  As project manager she has helped to develop site plans, land use plans, and implementation strategies for underutilized sites. Bridget brings a good deal of public involvement experience to the team.  Her work seeks to balance the needs of the community and the client and reflects strategic thinking about implementation needs.

Goodman joined PennPraxis full-time in early 2007.  He has worked as a technical planner, urban designer, and project manager for various PennPraxis projects.  His focus has been on projects that combine community engagement and public space design, including the Central Delaware Waterfront Planning Process, the Green2015 initiative for Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, and Creating a Civic Vision for 40th and Market Streets.  He has been published in publications such as Context and the Journal of Urban History, and spoken at conferences for the American Planning Association and the American Institute of Architects.

Beulah joined the Praxis team in March 2012.  She provides a wide range of support to the Executive Director of PennPraxis, to faculty who have practical or applied projects with external clients through Praxis, to the Senior Planners of Praxis, and to the Financial Manager of Grants and Contracts.
