Biography

Charles Arena has over thirty-six years experience in all phases of the construction industry. As President of Arena, he is responsible for the general management of the firm's day to day operations, including construction project management, project budget, project scheduling, construction claims preparation and expert witness.

As a principal of the Arena companies, Mr. Arena serves as Project Executive on significant major projects and serves clients daily and directly on the firm's consulting assignments. He is active in all project design and development phases in order to ensure that all of the firm's projects are launched properly and adhere to the Budget. He also provides expert forensic analysis and testimony for major construction related disputes. He has direct experience on all types of construction projects including industrial and institutional facilities, major municipal projects, office buildings, school, stadiums, hotels and retirement communities.

Charles Arena teaches Construction and Project Management at PennDesign and the Wharton School.
