As Associate Director of Faculty Affairs, Dyanne works closely with the Associate Dean for Administration, the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs and the University Provost Office. She is responsible for managing processes associated with faculty appointments and promotions within the School of Design, including staffing the PennDesign Personnel Committee, clarifying policies and procedures for faculty and staff, managing the flow of documents and submissions for Provost's Office approvals, and record keeping and reporting in the Dean's office for annual faculty assessments and evaluations. Dyanne also develops information management systems to enable the collection and reporting of faculty appointment data.
Dyanne joined PennDesign in September 2011. Previously, she spent 17 years with Drexel University College of Medicine, including 7 years of clinical experience followed by 10 years' experience in academic medicine within the Dean's Office as Administrative Manager.
