EXPERIENCE
Mr. Henry has over thirty-seven years of experience in the conception, planning, design and execution of projects related to buildings, building envelope and engineered systems. For the past twenty-six years, Mr. Henry has been engaged in the investigation, assessment, preservation and conservation of historic structures, related sites and contents, as Principal Engineer/Architect and founding partner of Watson & Henry Associates. He consults internationally on museum planning and sustainable environmental systems for collections conservation. Mr. Henry's work with Watson & Henry Associates includes: Sustainable environmental management for museum collections and archives; Preservation of significant historic structures, especially unconventional or technically challenging buildings; Engineered stabilization of large objects subject to the principles/ethics of objects conservation; Investigation, monitoring, analysis and assessment of historic buildings, including historic structure reports, conservation and condition assessment reports.
