Jenna Shanis teaches as part of the Integrated Product Design program. Jenna works at the intersection of user research, product design and strategy. She has a passion for creating and implementing tools to uncover deep insights about people and their motivations, which she translates into progressive solutions. Jenna has a variety of experiences across consulting and corporate roles, and in early-stage start-ups. She has spent the past 15 years working with Fortune 500 companies to innovate and optimize their product and service offering as part of Peel Design, a consulting company she founded. Jenna also is an active angel investor. Jenna received her Bachelors of Science with Honors in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University and a Masters of Science in Ergonomics, with a minor in Business Administration, also from Cornell.
