Stuart is a licensed Architect and LEED Accredited Professional with over twenty-five years of experience and a strong interest in the oversight and design of site sensitive projects and urban plans which aim to strategically link program and space. Having worked in London, Rotterdam, and Philadelphia, he has gained expertise in a variety of building types, planning practices, and climate adaptation strategies. Stuart has collaborated on award winning and published residential, commercial and institutional projects throughout the US and abroad, including Europe and China.
In addition to teaching studios and seminars at Penn, he has served as a guest juror and lecturer at the University of Antwerp, TU Delft, Architekturzentrum Wien, Temple, Drexel, and Jefferson.
He earned his B.A. in Design of the Environment from Penn and graduated from the Weitzman School of Design with a Master of Architecture and a Certificate in Urban Design.
