Taryn Mudge

PhD Fellow in Architecture

Her research interests engage the history of architectural representation with an emphasis on photography and its relationship to design from the late nineteenth through the early twentieth centuries. She received an MArch from Portland State University and a BS in Architecture from University of Texas at San Antonio. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked for architectural firms in Texas and Oregon. She was also a part-time professor at Portland State University where she taught Visual Communications and Digital Graphics in architecture.
