Dear students,
Some of you have contacted IT Help regarding a pop-up eligibility window when using Adobe Creative Cloud. We have identified the issue as affecting students who are graduating this May only, and we have worked with ISC to resolve it.
A backend process will run this evening to correct the issue, and you will continue to have access until the expiration date of May 27, 2026.
In the meantime, if you need access restored today, please email ithelp@design.upenn.edu and we will address your account manually.
