As the academic year comes to a close, we want to share important information about your school accounts and IT services. Please review the sections below based on your status.
Your PennO365 mailbox and Office licenses will expire near the end of Summer 2026. You will receive a reminder 30 days before permanent closure.
Please prepare now (do not wait until the last minute):
IMPORTANT! Update email addresses on external accounts (e.g., banking, JOB APPLICATIONS, etc...)

Access Changes After Graduation
Adobe: Licenses revoked 05/26/2026. Back up any cloud documents before 5/26/26
Printing - Final Print Billing
Important Note
If you will continue research or work with Weitzman (Student worker, RA, etc…) after graduation, confirm your affiliation is updated. Only active affiliations retain access to services like Penn Box.
Please reach out to Onboarding and Payroll if you have any questions.
Local storage on lab/public computers is temporary. Files are deleted after 7 days of inactivity.
Computer labs remain open during the summer. Please refer to the online schedules for specific hours of operation.
Beginning May 27, 2026, all Weitzman graduate and PhD students will be eligible for free access to Adobe Creative Cloud.
