ISC has completed an upgrade to the Secure Share service. This message is being shared with the Weitzman community for awareness.
Secure Share is Penn's secure file transfer service for sending documents containing sensitive or confidential information to specific recipients. It is intended as a secure alternative to email attachments, FTP, and portable storage devices when sharing sensitive data across the University.
Please note: Secure Share is designed for secure file exchange and should not be used as long-term document storage.
New Secure Share URL:

Users visiting the previous Secure Share URL will see a notification that the service has moved and will be redirected to the new site. Please update any bookmarks.
The application now features a more intuitive and streamlined user interface.
All existing Secure Share functionality remains available.
Files that were available for download as of 8:00 AM on Wednesday, July 22 have been migrated to the new application.
When someone shares a file with you through Secure Share, you will receive an email notification containing a link to the service. Recipients authenticate using their PennKey and PennKey password to securely retrieve the shared files.
ISC has published a Secure Share Upgrade Guide that walks through the updated interface and features.
