Microsoft is reporting a service issue that may prevent some users from connecting to the Outlook mobile app or Outlook client on Mac devices. Microsoft reports that this issue is related to recent infrastructure changes and is actively working on a fix.

Affected users can use the Outlook web client for full access while Microsoft works to resolve this issue.
