Julia Fox is joining our community after three years as the Community Program Manager at the Center for Emerging Visual Artists (CFEVA). Julia has a number of years of experience working in an arts administrative capacity—holding positions in Philadelphia-based arts organizations and galleries. Julia holds an B.A. in Art History and Studio Art from the University at Albany, State University of New York. Julia is an artist and current member of the Second State Press.
