Throughout, Noa attends to how people negotiate, refuse, and rework the systems they already inhabit, and to the strange, mutated, and impure lineages we inherit. Their practice embraces a world that is contaminated, mixed, and altered - a condition from which relation and repair might still emerge.
Noa is a coordinator of Upstream, a Philadelphia-based publishing collective working across experimental publishing, workshops, and slow collaboration. Their work and writing have appeared in the Are.na Annual, Byline, Disc Journal, and The Avery Review (forthcoming). They are currently an artist-in-residence at the University of Johannesburg (2026) and received a Master of Landscape Architecture and Master of Fine Arts at the University of Pennsylvania. They attended MIT before completing their BA at Brown University.
This work was included in Under Scores, the 2026 Weitzman Fine Arts MFA Thesis Exhibition.
