Diyi Zhang

Diyi Zhang, Assoc. AIA, is a Planner + Urban Designer at WRT, and a third-year graduate student at Stuart Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania finishing his dual-degree programs of Master of City Planning, with a Urban Design concentration and Master of Science in Historic Preservation. He obtained his Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees at the Rhode Island School of Design. To date, he has worked on both domestic and international architectural, urban design, and historic preservation projects, and participated in competitions across scales throughout his higher education, including three net-zero homes in Providence, Rhode Island, high-rise office and hotel towers for the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games, a mixed-use community project in New Jersey, Harlem Hospital Public Health Lab in NY, multiple Choice Neighborhood Implementation Grant Master Plans, and a Conservation Shed for the Palace Museum/Forbidden City in Beijing, China.
