Our project proposes the development of an interpretive trail system in the Sierra Buttes region, specifically between Taylorsville and Greenville, with a focus on the town of Greenville. The interpretive trail system will showcase forest management and treatment practices based on burned severity and treatment priority. Each treatment unit along the trail will feature educational signage and interactive exhibits that explain different forest management practices and their impact on the forest ecosystem. The project aims to promote responsible forest management practices, raise awareness about the importance of sustainable forest management, and provide a unique and immersive experience that combines education and recreation.
