Alexa Ringer
Alexa Ringer (she/her) is a Masters of City Planning student concentrating in Environmental & Land Use Planning. While at Penn, she also received a certificate in Energy Management & Policy from the Kleinman Center for Energy Policy, participated in the Climate Leaders at Penn fellowship program, and focused on the intersection of sustainability, transportation, and land use policy. She has been interning at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission since February 2023 in both the Congestion Management & Sustainable Energy offices where she has bridged her interests in transportation & sustainability within regional planning. Prior to matriculating at Penn, she did community engagement for a High Line trail in Buffalo, New York called The Riverline during the Concept & Schematic Design Phase, provided non-profit strategic planning, and worked at a bike shop. She is a New Yorker, a cyclist, and a board game enthusiast.
