Andres Feng
As a prospective Master of Science in Design: Robotics and Autonomous Systems (MSD-RAS) graduate, I am deeply engaged in the interplay of computational design, digital fabrication, and robotics programming. Over the past year, I have immersed myself in advanced manufacturing processes, seeking to push the boundaries of how technology can transform and enhance designs.
My work is driven by a fascination with the intrinsic properties of diverse materials—ranging from the organic textures of clay and mycelium to the robustness of wood and plastics. Through exploration and experimentation, my work reflects an understanding and harnessing of the unique characteristics of these materials.
