Thesis: Carrick Wollam Reider Conceptual rendering of a redeveloped SS United States facing south along Manhattan’s west side, including pier design incorporating acres of new open space (RXR Realty, 2023).

Thesis: Carrick Wollam Reider Full Conceptual Program (Illustrative program for redeveloped SS United States). The plans address the overall current spatial complexities of the ship’s hull and develop a series of studies that successfully house the programming (RXR Realty).
