Marjorie Tello-Wong
Marjorie is a Chinese-Peruvian, multi-faceted designer from Chiclayo, Peru. She holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture with a Minor in Anthropology from the University of Florida. During her academic journey at the University of Pennsylvania, she has held multiple teaching assistant positions and has been awarded the Second Prize Dales Traveling Fellowship, the T-Square Club Fellowship, and a Full Tuition Scholarship at Weitzman School of Design. She also holds a wide range of professional experience at SOM, FORMA, Gensler, and Birse/Thomas Architects.
Marjorie's work has been recognized and published by the A+D Museum, the 2022 ACADIA Conference, Pressing Matters, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Florida. Her interest lies in how architecture and design can be analyzed through diagrammatic and conceptual mediums; and believes in challenging the conventional forms of design altogether.
