Christina Moss

Christina Moss is a Master of City Planning candidate at the University of Pennsylvania’s Weitzman School of Design, concentrating in Smart Cities. Her work bridges policy, technology, and equity, with a focus on how data and digital tools can support more inclusive planning outcomes. She has held research roles with the Housing Initiative at Penn and the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Planning and Development, where she explored topics such as rural homelessness, land use, and equitable access to housing and transit. Her professional experience also includes planning consulting at Clarion Associates, with work ranging from zoning code updates to transportation research in the Southeast. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, she brings a deep interest in the relationship between technology, land use, and rural communities.
