Ebbi Boehm
Ebbi Boehm is a designer from St. Paul, Minnesota. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Urbanism from Smith College. Their work looks beyond the surface of materials and architectural moments, investigating how inherent qualities can take on symbolic meaning. By engaging materials in cultural and poetic contexts, Ebbi seeks to transform ordinary elements into powerful signifiers—allowing architecture to communicate not only through form and function, but through the deeper narratives embedded in the materials themselves.
While at the University of Pennsylvania, Ebbi held teaching assistant positions for both graduate and undergraduate architecture studios and was recognized with the Walter R. Leach II Fellowship, the Atkin Fellowship, the Dales Fellowship, the Will M. Mehlhorn Scholarship, and a Merit Tuition Scholarship. In 2025, they were named one of the top 100 graduating architecture and interior design students in the United States and Canada through Metropolis Magazine’s Future100 program.
Ebbi has professional experience working across mediums, including exhibition design at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, design assistance for artist Carol Bove, and architectural work as a junior designer at Phillips Win Architecture.
