Rina Cutler has served as Philadelphia’s Deputy Mayor Transportation and Utilities since 2008, and previously worked in Boston and San Francisco. Al Biehler is currently Executive Director of the University Transportation Center at Carnegie Mellon, where he studies the future of transportation and information systems, and previously served as Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Transportation for eight years under Governor Ed Rendell.
