Jingyu Zhang is a Master of Landscape Architecture candidate at the University of Pennsylvania Weitzman School of design. She also has a bachelor's degree in Urban and Rural Area Planning from South China University of Technology. Her interests lie in the recovery & reconstruction of post-industrial sites, historical heritage preservation, and resilient landscapes.
Jingyu has worked in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, and City Planning. As a designer, she believes each project needs to present emotional, functional, and technical aspects, creating lively environments that contribute to people's health, happiness, and wellbeing. Jingyu has life and study experience in different regions. She always takes cultural and language divisions as inspirational sources to her curiosity, motivation, and works.
