Charles Xintong Zhao
Charles is a graduate of the Master of Architecture program at Stuart Weitzman School of Design. Three years at University of Pennsylvania felt like college to him as he explored courses across design school, Wharton and engineering school. Charles spent one summer studying in Greece where the studio went island-hopping across Aegean Sea. Before starting his third year in the program, he took a semester off to work for Microsoft where he worked on emerging technologies such as Mixed Reality and AI.
With great passion in experience design, Charles aspires to be an interdisciplinary designer capable of crafting both physical and digital experiences. As for now, his portfolio encompasses architectural design, product design and several AR/VR projects. After graduation, he plans to work for technology firms for a couple of years while still being active in the field of architecture. Charles looks forward to practice everything Penn has taught him and give back to communities.
