David (Yuan Rong) Pan

Thanks to my fantastic profs at MUSA and Wharton's Real Estate, I now know how to assess property values from both technological and financial perspectives (machine learning, DCF, etc.), assess the value of the land component for any property (value of highest best use - costs of development), and understood clearly both the spatial-statistical assumptions and real estate finance and investment considerations when engaged in real estate modeling and analytics. Every minute spent learning at Penn was worthwhile.
