In her time at Penn, she has focused her work on the need for more climate-resilient and equity-focused strategies for transportation. She was a member of the America's Region winning team for the 2020 Emerging Leaders Global Challenge Program, an international competition to create a sustainable mobility plan for a major city. She worked as a transportation intern at oTIS where she contributed to the recent five-year update to the Vision Zero plan, as well as other complete streets and capital plan projects. She has been a leading member of the Climate + Environmental Planning Club within the Weitzman School of Design, as well as involved in Sunrise Philly’s Green New Deal for Transportation subcommittee and the 5th Square Transit Advocacy Group. Throughout the 2020-2021 academic year, she was awarded the Graduate Associates Fellowship through Perry World House and the Women’s Transportation Seminar Philadelphia Chapter Carmen E. Turner Graduate Scholarship Award. Upon graduation, she is most proud of the friendships she has made and is grateful for the inspiration and comfort her classmates have provided throughout these challenging two years.
