Jarrodd Davis

Jarrodd is a passionate advocate for better cities and more responsible real estate development practices. He earned a bachelor’s degree in urban planning from Virginia Tech, where he also studied landscape architecture and French. He completed a master’s in city planning concentrating in public-private development at Penn.

During his time at Penn, Jarrodd has worked as a writer for the Wharton School, served as Vice President of Finance for the Weitzman Real Estate Club, and pursued impactful interdisciplinary projects with classmates. Before Penn, he worked in long-range planning with Charlotte Center City Partners and in affordable housing policy research.

Jarrodd is interested in development and preservation of affordable residential and commercial spaces, especially those that spark growth among entrepreneurial small businesses and startups. He aims for his work to be mindful of marginalized spatial imaginaries and advance equity through the built environment.
