Jenna Epstein
Jenna is passionate about using geospatial data and analytics to support communities and create more resilient cities. She is especially excited about the role of open-source tools in supporting disaster preparedness and mitigation efforts.
At Penn, Jenna’s coursework focused on applications of data science and technology planning for decision-making in the face of uncertain futures. She also worked for the Wharton Risk Center, providing data visualization and research support on flood risk-related projects.
Prior to Penn, Jenna worked as a project manager and data analyst for a digital consultancy in Washington, DC. She graduated in 2016 from Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in International Development and French.
