Client: Community Legal Services

This project aims to anticipate the frequency of eviction filings in residential properties in Philadlephia. Our Client, Community Legal Services provides free legacy representation and advocacy to low income Philadelphia residents. Using Eviction Watch, Community Legal Services will anticipate eviction frequency at a property level, in order to proactively allocate legal resources to tenants at-risk of facing eviction.
