West Philadelphia’s tall trees and beautiful gardens may just be our favorite thing about being in University City. To celebrate and share the history of gardens in this area, the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) is hosting a two-hour walking tour of the community gardens of Powelton Village and West Powelton, two neighborhoods just steps away from PennDesign. It looks like this tour for tomorrow evening filled up quickly, but PHS regularly hosts these kinds of events, so keep an eye on their events calendar throughout the year!
