Tae Hyung Lee

Tae Hyung Lee is a designer with interests in materiality and detail. He acquired his Master's degree in Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering and Applied Statistics at Yonsei University. During and after his academic years, he has worked at internationally renowned firms such as MVRDV, Shigeru Ban Architects, and Nameless Architecture. Through his academic and professional experience, his interest in material use and reading became more entrenched. As a designer, his references include not only architecture, but also fine arts, music, and food.
With his interest in food and dining, he has recently worked on his thesis project "Flavor of Architecture, Architecture of Flavor" which focuses on a multi-sensory experience of dining spaces.
